Laden with oranges

There are some different varieties of orange tree in our garden but this tree is the only one with so many oranges this year! What a great shame oranges cannot be picked before they are ripe as they will not ripen any further and they will only last about a week once removed from the tree.

Oranges are well known to promote good health. They are rich in Vitamin C and potassium which helps to boost the immune system and is beneficial to good skin and are believed to reduce the risk of cancer.
